In addition to the FFET Awards, we celebrate pupils achievements and behaviours in the following ways: We map the challenges on an online interactive platform where pupils have access to view their progress. Pupils can also use their classcharts points to use towards their FFET Award. Heads of Learning also set a range of challenges within each Learning Programme Cycle. Every curriculum area sets an FFET award task and promotes it during the learning cycle. In each Learning programme pupils are provided with a series of challenges or opportunities to earn points toward an FFET Award. Our aim is that all children will go for Gold at every stage. Pupils will receive an FFET Award at three different levels of challenge in each of the different stages (Gold, Silver or Bronze level). A series of challenges which pupils are rewarded for upon completion have been devised and pupils can gain points through our knowledge rich curriculum, as well as our Be More Curriculum. Pupils will have the opportunity to develop their cultural capital experiences through Social and Intellectual Capital opportunities. The FFET awards are our flagship reward and has been created to record and celebrate pupils’ achievements as they journey through the different stages of College life. We have a range of ways in which we recognise and celebrate pupils achievements. Our rewards system celebrates positive attitudes to learning and ensures all pupils have the opportunity to have their efforts and achievements recognised in line with our moral virtues and LORIC skills. We have developed a rewards system that recognises pupils positive behaviours at all times.
